A few things families and visitors often want to know before arranging a private airport ride.
How does LAX pickup work?
We provide curbside pickup directly at LAX. After collecting your luggage, follow the signs to the Lower/Arrivals Level and go outside to the white passenger pickup curb. Your driver will text you with pickup instructions and let you know when they are approaching. There is no need to take a shuttle to an off-airport rideshare lot.
How do I find my driver?
Before pickup, you will receive information about your assigned driver and vehicle. Your driver will stay in touch by text. International travelers can also use WhatsApp. If you need help, call or message us and we will coordinate the pickup with you.
What happens if my flight is early or delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup plan to your actual arrival time. You do not need to update us for normal airline delays. After landing, collect your luggage and stay in touch with your driver.
Which airports do you serve?
We provide private, pre-arranged transportation to and from LAX, John Wayne Airport (SNA), Long Beach Airport (LGB), Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR), and Ontario International Airport (ONT). We serve hotels, homes, Disneyland and Anaheim, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Downtown Los Angeles, and destinations throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.
Do you provide transportation to cruise terminals?
Yes. We provide private transportation to and from the Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro and the Long Beach Cruise Terminal, including transfers between the cruise ports, LAX, hotels, Disneyland and Anaheim, and other Southern California destinations.
Is my ride private?
Yes. Your vehicle is reserved for your group only. We do not combine unrelated travelers into shared rides.
Can I request child seats?
Yes. Child seats and boosters are available by request. Share each child’s age and size when booking so we can prepare the appropriate seat. Any applicable child-seat pricing is shown during the booking process.
How do I book?
Request a reservation through our online booking system, managed through Moovs, our professional transportation booking software. You can also call, text, or message us if you would like help planning transportation.
