Reserve your ride
Reserve before you arrive. Use our booking link to provide your pickup date, flight information, destination, passenger count, luggage count, and any child-seat requirements. Your reservation is confirmed in advance, so your transportation is already arranged before you land at LAX.

Share your flight details
We track your flight. Provide your airline and flight number when booking. City Cruze L.A. monitors your inbound flight and adjusts the pickup plan according to the flight’s actual arrival time, including reasonable adjustments for early or delayed arrivals.
Customers do not need to worry about constantly updating us because of normal airline delays. We use flight tracking to follow the arrival.

Receive your driver information
We stay in contact with you. Before pickup, you will receive text messages with information about your assigned driver and instructions for your pickup.
For international customers, WhatsApp is available and commonly used for communication, making it easier to stay connected after arrival without relying on U.S. cellular service.
Keep your phone available after landing so you can receive pickup instructions and communicate with your driver.

Collect your luggage
There is no need to rush outside. After landing, proceed through the normal arrival process and collect all checked luggage. International passengers should complete immigration and customs before proceeding to the pickup area.
Once you have your luggage and are ready to head outside, contact your driver or respond to the message you received.

Go to the LAX lower-level curb
Your private pickup is curbside. After collecting your luggage, proceed to the Lower/Arrivals Level outside your terminal and go to the designated white curb passenger pickup area.
Send your driver your terminal number and pillar or column number so the driver knows exactly where you are waiting.
Do not leave the terminal area for a rideshare lot. City Cruze L.A. provides permitted prearranged private transportation and picks up passengers at the appropriate authorized curbside location according to LAX rules.

Meet your driver
Your driver comes to you. Once you are at the correct curb and have provided your location, your assigned driver will proceed to the pickup area according to airport traffic and staging requirements.
Because LAX regulates curb access and vehicles cannot simply remain parked at the terminal indefinitely, passengers should wait until they have their luggage and are ready at the curb before confirming their exact pickup location.
Your driver will communicate with you by text or WhatsApp as needed until you connect.
FLYING INTERNATIONALLY?
No problem. We regularly serve international visitors.
Provide your WhatsApp number when booking or before arrival. We can use WhatsApp to send your assigned driver information, pickup instructions, and communicate with you after you land.
Your flight is monitored, and the pickup plan is adjusted based on the flight’s actual arrival. After immigration, customs, and baggage claim, message us when you are ready to proceed to the curb.
